Services · RedesignWebsite redesign and modernisation
Your site has grown for years. We bring back order, speed and clarity. A redesign is planned the same way we plan a new build: on paper first, structured around your business, then built to that plan.
What a redesign engagement covers
A redesign is web design and development applied to a website that already exists. We restore a clear structure, bring the presentation up to the standard the business has earned, and make the site responsive and fast. The scope is defined before work begins, and you review progress at the end of every phase rather than discovering the result at launch.
- Order. The structure is re-drawn on paper first, so even a complex organisation reads simply.
- Speed. The rebuilt pages are responsive and quick on every screen.
- Clarity. Visitors find an obvious route from interest to a real conversation with you.
- Respect for what exists. Your brand guidelines, systems and teams stay in charge; the redesign fits around them.
How a redesign runs
The work moves through our six phases, Discovery, Architecture, Design, Build, Review and Handover, and nothing proceeds without your approval. You approve the brief, the sitemap, the design direction, the working build and the final tested site, in that order; the engagement ends only when the files, the access and the domain are in your hands. The full detail is on our process page.
What we deliver, and what you provide
- We deliver the agreed structure on paper, the design direction, a responsive build, testing against the plan, and a complete handover: the files, the access, the domain and the documentation.
- You provide your business context, your brand guidelines where they exist, and an approval at the end of each phase.
- In writing, first. Deliverables, milestones and a fixed fee for the defined scope, set out before any work begins.
- We keep what works. A redesign is planned around the brand guidelines, systems and teams you already have.
Begin the conversation
Tell us about your business and what you would like your website to achieve. A finished brief is not necessary, and you will receive a clear proposal before any work begins.
